Sulfur when combined with hydrogen, form sulfhydryl groups which are effective in removing
poisons and toxins. Foods that contain a relatively large amount of this natural chelator of
aluminum and other toxic metals are: onions, garlic, chives, red pepper, and egg yolks. Others are asparagus, dry beans, soybeans, and sesame, pumpkin, and sunflower seeds.
